Please submit material requests at least 14 days in advance of the event date. This will allow time to obtain approval (if needed) and for our Student Support Services team to plan accordingly. Please know the requested items will need to be picked up AND returned to Room 303 on the Griffin Campus. If you are borrowing linens, they will need to be cleaned before returning. After submitting this form, a summary of the submission will be sent to the email address listed in the request. Once the request has been reviewed, you will receive confirmation as to whether the materials you requested are available. Please allow up to 24 hours for a confirmation.
